That's not the first, nor last time the Texas Cattle Company has had a major fire. I don't remember the year, maybe in the late 90's, I was a young firefighter at LFD Sta 1. When we left the station one evening people were pouring out the door and flames were shooting out the roof. All of that steak grease really builds up on everything and they don't shut it down and deep clean it on a regular basis. Thus, they're going to have a big fire every 10 years or so.
