Actually Oda revealed in a SBS (volume 43) that Nami's punchs don't hurt him because of haki but instead because he feels her punchs in his heart and this applies for all his crew

Luffy suffering damage from people he cares about isn't Haki. Oda has stated that Luffy's reactions to certain things, be it harm or perversion, is a result of "whatever gives a funny response". This means his damage is due to the passive ability of his devil fruit. Laughter and comedy give way to reality and if Luffy's reaction to certain events or stimuli will result in something funny in his eyes, it happens because the Nika Devil Fruit causes it to occur.

In my theory it's the power luffy's df which actually is making his imagination true. He imagines it hurts him and it ends up being hurt. And it's the same with growing the teeth back by drinking milk at whole cake island.

Nope. Oda confirmed himself in an interview that Garp doesn’t use Haki when punching Luffy, and neither does Nami. Those are literal fists of love, of caring. That is why they can hurt Luffy, because they love Luffy truely. And it is an important theme for Garp’s ending arc right now in the scans, but I won’t spoil it anymore for you (let’s just say that we see him train someone and he insists upon not using any Haki).
