Thanks for this good comparison. I pressure washed all my 'stone work' steps. Then a few years later - mold returned. She should also cover a 'sealer' to prevent re attachment of mold spores!

I have been using Home Armor for years. A few years ago they changed the formula, it is still great but it used to be amazing.

Wet and Forget is the BEST! I've tried several cleaners and Wet and Forget cleans better than any other; you just have to be patient; it can take up to a couple months to work.

It comes back faster if you clean with just water pressure washing.
A professional painter used diluted bleach first then pressure washed. Said it comes back faster if you don’t kill mildew in our Florida humidity

Wet and forget works GREAT!!! It takes a while but it works 100%. FYI, a lot of people don’t know that one treatment pressure washing is equivalent to 12 years of wear on your concrete.

I have some home Armour i have had it for 4 years or longer and have never even tried it until today 5-21-24 I sprayed it on and waited 10 minutes man was i surprised the mold and dirt just hosed wright off except for a few places that was real bad i had to do twice but i read a comment on here that said they have changed the formula for the worse i sure hate to hear that because i was for sure going to buy more but I don't know if I will now. The government needs to keep their dam nose out of everything that's why everything is not as strong as it once was like bug killer, bleach, laundry detergent and a lot of other things that use to work good but now it's been cut down.

Bleach removes color of mold and mildew bit it doesn't kill it.
