We really gotta stop doing shit just because we can.
We always end up monsters even in our own eyes.

We need to help the people in this world instead of hurting someone new.

The ugly little boy by Isaac Asimov deals with this. Although they got the child using time travel the ethical implications are the same

Why wouldn’t you just raise him like a normal person and see how he integrates with support and love like you would any child?

Why did they just immediately not think of treating him like a normal human I mean why did their minds go to do you put him in a zoo 😂

Express pain, that would mean pain in relation to a modern human, whereas pain is nothing more than withheld anger. Witch means to be able to do empathy. So would you do something to someday that even though looks differently is the same(the same in the way of acting, expiriencing, perceiving). Of course if this neanderthal is capable of pain, also, animals are capable of pain, maybe, they sure are capable of fear, so when in fear of somebody an animal looses it's pray/food, the animal is sure would remember to whome it owns its hunger.
Unless you are talking about physical pain, in such a case I don't see any ethical dilemmas at all.

All living creatures have feelings. Things happen for a reason so does extinction how would a neanderthal survive in today's world when we barely look after our own.

Bringing back that which has passed from the earth is disputing the Will of Allah...
Doing so has never brought benefit to anyone.
