Piers Morgan Uncensored guest presented by Rosanna Lockwood is joined by social media influencer Oli London, LGBTQ+ activist Peter Thatchell, comedian and radio presenter James Barr and co-founder of LGB Alliance Bev Jackson to debate the ongoing discussion of whether lesbian, gay and bi-sexual should be separate from gender identity such as transgenderism.

Bev suggests she and many other people from the LGB group were not happy about transgender and other gender identities being put with LGB to form LGBTQ+ in the first place because their alliance was to do with sexual orientation and not gender identity. Bev later goes on to say she personally disagrees with transgenderism and she believes you cannot change sex.

I love how it's okay to identify as literally anything, but when someone decides to reverse it, suddenly you're not allowed to feel that way! It's so hypocritical

If you are having a genuine debate and someone says "That's transphobic!", you know you've won the debate

James barr is a perfect example of someone who has never been punched in the face

1:06. No they weren't, they were cross dressing gay men, not trans. When trans activists are saying that a lesbian is a bigot if she doesn't want to have sex with a trans woman, when they are saying that men not wanting sex with a trans woman are bigots, it's ridiculous. Both don't want to have sex with biological men. That isn't bigotry, just common sense.

I'm a lesbian and i am utterly appalled to be part of LGBT community. This is because i have been called transphobic because i believe that a 5 year old can not make those types of decisions.

James Barr should not be given a platform. He cannot form a cohesive argument, but relies on insulting other debators or shouting over them. He is not an appropriate guest to debate on any topic

Bev Jackson makes a lot of sense. The shift from sexual relationships into the politics of gender identity is making a mess of women's and gay rights.

"LGB is about sexual orientation; T is about sexual/gender identity"

Thank you Bev Jackson for putting that into a wonderfully simple and clear perspective

At this point being called Transphobic is a compliment that means you still have some attachment to reality.

As a 34yr old gay man, it is definitely time for the lgbt community to break up. Enough is enough.

Oli and Bev are talking sense. Peter & Pink Shirt are Gaslighting. Lesbians and Bi Women are against all this shit. I'm Bi & I stand with Lesbians.

It’s so rude when James says it’s boring. I’ve heard him on two panels and he behaves the same way. He talks over people. Now he made fun of a panelist’s appearance. Disgraceful!

The lady is so right. LGB is about who you love. The T is a reflection on ego.

Also Oli took decisions as an adult and felt regret afterwards. If anyone is entitled feel genuine concern, it must be Oli.

I was a huge tomboy in school! I wore baggy Jncos, hats, boxers, etc.... In my school days NOT ONE person ever said to me that I was confused and must want to be a male! Not once did they ask if I was confused! I'm 37 years old now! I'm a mom and have been with my husband 19 years! EVERY child, especially girls go through a time especially during puberty where they don't feel comfortable I'm their skin! It's a part of life! I was flat chested and hadn't menstrated until I was 17! I was a late bloomer! All the other girls developed before me! I was super self conscious about that! I hated my nose that doesn't mean I was confused in my identity! It's just insane!

My gay sister doesn't agree that there is a community, only a group of activists.

Didn't expect to side with Bev, but she was spot on. The T doesn't belong with the LGB.
