I really like how she kind of has her shit together, but she's still down to earth. I don't know, I think she's got great ideas. She's enjoying it all.

Oblivion is the very first Grimes music video that I actively viewed. I found the music video utterly charming and just perfect. now I've been on a Grimes binge. (I later found out I've been listening to Grimes music for a while because my local radio station uses Genesis sans the lyrics as background music)

It's great to see young female musicians pursuing their goals today. She's very artistic, pushes musical boundaries with inventive soundscaping and great melodies. The scene in the past could be difficult for women in the DJ/music world-sometimes you'd get treated like an object rather than a colleague. If you tried to talk with another DJ about music, they'd usually hit on you, and when you didn't date them, they'd refuse to talk or work with you. I'm glad to see her career taking off!

People don't really respond well when I try to say that, for some reason (psychological or cultural, perhaps).
