I've totally destroyed mine 3 years ago and don't have insurance. I have a giant knot on that side of my foot as well and my toes point out more than hers

It's interesting to see how the foot behaves after a rupture, but is that all that she received, an orthotic? Have fun trying to walk on that.

This is the problem with modern medicine. The root cause here is her weight and she be addressed as a priority.
