As a Judoka, I can transition that fast enough in comp, most of the BJJ stuff I can't, not given enough time, but that I can, very nice

you can also roll to the left or right there depending on ur s mount into traditional triangle

My heel hurts when i do triangle from mount, any advice

Maybe a dumb question but how is this a mount? Isn’t it just high mount?
