In Turkey, we put yogurt under 3 or 4 blankets. This helps the yogurt to ferment. You don't need to use an oven.

We do the same in India too! I don't remember the last time we got yogurt from outside, we always just make it at home from yogurt we already have. The process is the same, heat up the milk and add some yogurt and cover it, but we don't add condensed milk and since its so hot here, we just leave it outside and it sets.

In Turkiye we just heat the milk then add a little yogurt in it. We wrap it with towels and let it rest for a few hours

The moment I saw this, I went looking for condensed milk in a tube--I didnt know they existed! I hate having to store a whole can when I only need a few tablespoons. Thank you so much!

We made it in Morocco too.
0, 5L milk
1 cup powder milk
8g vanilla powder (you can use the extract)
1 cup of boiling water
One cup of granulated sugar.

Mix it all then cover it leave it in the . room temperature (in summer)
Please cover it with a blanket to keep it warm and leave it overnight. It won't be like her yugort; it will be like a thick liquid yugort but i promise it's good. Bon appétit.❤

Same here in Pakistan! We just boil milk (we don't put condensed milk tho) and then add the yogurt and leave it in a warm place overnight. And it's ready!, ❤

I MADE VIET YOGURT THIS WHOLE WEEK! It’s so yummmmy I add a bit of jam or I turn it into a viet yogurt drink by adding it to a cup, crushed ice, optionally some chopped fruit and some squeezed lemon

omg, i am vietnamese and my school had a science project which is creating yogurt, our steps were really similar to yours but we fermented the yogurts in room temp for 6 hours and chilled them in the fridge, the final product was not condensed, but it still tasted amazing (prob cuz we add vanilla extract)
