I learned prehab warmup 20 years ago from a trainer who had worked at the USA Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. It's amazing how much difference it makes to joint health and mobility.

Nice! For how long should I do prehab excercises before I can start doing push ups - pull ups and other calisthenics? 2-4 weeks everyday?:)
