This video provides the customer with some details about what they should expect during a technician visit. This video provides the customer with answers to many of the questions asked during their installation process. Our installers have encountered many instances where the installation had to be pushed off because of no access to telecom rooms, or rear yard poles in neighbors' yards or basements. Customers are made aware of the possibility of drilling on the home, the equipment provided, possible locations of the equipment, and the technician's process. This video allows the customer to contact necessary locations needed to connect their service and make provisions before the technician arrives making the installation run as smoothly as possible.

The standard of installation is laughable. There are fibre-optic cables unfastened, just swinging in the breeze (like mine) in lots of places around where I live. Be prepared to fix the child-like standard of work the installer does.
