I just ended a trauma bond friendship…well, it actually ended the moment HER trauma ended but I didn’t realize until now bc it’s always been one sided…I kept the friendship going and it’s really clear now, but it’s ok bc her life is problematic, full of drama, and centered around men anyway…every time we’ve planned a trip to meet up she’s stood me up and says nothing the next time we speak….I use to be hurt by it but I began to see it as protection…
I’ve grown and I’m in an isolation period rn and Spirit has removed pretty much everyone from my life so I guess she was the last one to go 🤷🏽‍♀️
