I couldn't agree more about how confusing visiting the Apple store can be. They opened a store near by where I live a few years ago. At the time I was interested in buying an Apple TV. I thought the Apple store would be a good place to go do that. I couldn't find a sales person to talk to, they didn't have anything on display to look at. The experience as a whole was confusing and frustrating. That was my first and last time going.

I know this might not be popular.. but I like the apple store .. I like to see new things Apple has to offer and the open architecture.. but ya I do buy most of the things online.. once in a while I do visit

Apple used to represent the cutting edge, they used to represent a vision of the future. Sure, they still produce high quality products, but each new generation "I" product is a high end version of last year's device. I once adored apple but now I am just saddened. Taking away options instead of giving them, in what? The name of exclusivity?

its a pain in the arse, all wear same shirt so cant tell who is who and all these people sitting around . why didn't they just build in a genius coffee lounge where you can sit around and chat ! and then have normal store for people to buy what they need and leave

Here in New York I've been inside a Samsung store and it blows away the apple store. They always give stuff away like popsockets and cases. I love the VR experience there.

I get it. Kind of an Apple church. All go in and drop to your knees and pray to the all mighty Apple God and thank him for all his wonderful walk on water products. Waiting for the next big moment as a flash of light appears and the Red Sea parts and a new phone shines in the distance as you hear the thunder clap and the hair on the back of your neck raises.
