50g Natural Sweetener (Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener)
1 Scoop Protein Powder (your choice of flavour - Rule1 Vanilla Creme)
2 Biscoff Biscuits (snack sized - crushed)
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
170g Flavoured or Plain Low Fat Greek Yoghurt (Danone YoPro Salted Caramel Yoghurt)
1 Egg
Frosting:
170g Flavoured or Plain Low Fat Greek Yoghurt (Danone YoPro Salted Caramel Yoghurt)
1/2 Scoop Protein Powder
30g Sugar Free Icing Powder (Lakanto Monkfruit Icing Powder)
40g Melted Biscoff Spread (use half for the frosting & the other half for the topping)
Mix & set frosting in fridge to thicken.
Topping: (optional & customisable)
1 Crushed Biscoff Biscuit (spread evenly across all 4 cookies)
Leftover Melted Biscoff (spread evenly across all 4 cookies)

Important Notes:
When making the batter if the texture is too thick add a few splashes of milk until you reach the right consistency, if you accidentally add too much milk & it’s too runny place it in the fridge until it’s firm enough for you to shape them into cookies.
