How to Schedule Recurring Meetings on Zoom

Need to schedule a Zoom meeting to recur on a regular basis? Watch this tutorial to learn how to schedule recurring Zoom meetings.

To begin, open Zoom and click Schedule. Then, enter a topic title for your meeting. Now click the Recurring Meeting check box. Choose whether you want to use your personal meeting ID or generate a unique one automatically. You can leave the automatically generated password or type in a custom password of your own. Configure the video and audio options how you’d like, and select which calendar system you want to use to schedule your meeting. Then click Schedule.

From there, the process will vary slightly depending on which calendar service you’re using. Your meeting event should automatically open in a window of the calendar you’ve selected. Use the calendar’s options to set up your meeting recurrence, including start and end time, and recurrence pattern. Make sure you’ve set these details how you want them, then send out your meeting invites to the contacts you’d like to have attend this recurring meeting.

Once you’ve set that up, your meeting should appear under the Recurring Meetings heading on your Zoom meeting tab.

So if I'm the organizer, I have to use the passcodes too? It doesn't show up in my calendar on zoom when I pull up the software (after scheduled it weekly)
