My cat just passed away yesterday and today I am listening to this, letting my sorrow flow through me. Butterscotch was amazing, I was an angry and hateful person when he came into my life and he poured water on my soul. He taught me to calm down and to love. He taught me to see the beauty in everything even when you have nothing. He was with me through the worst times of my life, there to pick me up when I fell. He would cuddle me every night or be near me because he knew I loved having him near. He would murr every time you looked at him, his whole body jolting with the sound. He looked like living fire in the sunlight, and his eyes glowed with love. He came to me frail and lonely and left fat and happy, his heart filled with so much love that it finally couldn't hold it in a physical form anymore. He had a viking funeral, fit for a warrior that helped me fight my demons and win. He is in the stars, and I hope he knows how much I love him. Thank you for reading this if you have, the more people that know about him the more his love can spread. And thank you cat distribution system, for giving me so many wonderful memories ❤🐈

hi,
i'm here to say that im very thankful to you guys whoever making ambient music. Ive been struggle with ADHD for years, since i was in secondary school, ive caught a serious insomnia and hard to focusing on doing anything. When i grow up and go to work, it really affects me. Recently ive felt a serious stress because i cannot handle a damn big work load, the results weren't good enough, the stress came by many ways not only from myself, and ADHD makes me worse. I tried many kind of songs (metal, ballad, ochestra, no lyrics, lofi etc) and failed

I just accidentally found this playlist last week, the first Ambient song i listened to is Apathy. I felt like i found a whole new world. This kind of music really brings me into a private world, i feel like there's only me in the world whenever i turn them up, but i don't feel lonely or afraid at all. It really calms my soul. Last week i was 100% focusing on my works, i draw nonstop still i looked at the clock and i was so surprised, i almost cried. This saved my life i swear! I hope everyone who got a strong ADHD like me can try and successfully handle it. I know life has many things to go through, but someday you will find your way!

I met this girl in my work and we started talking for a few months. Soon I started to catch feelings and I found myself slowly falling in love with her. This girl was everything, after so many years of feeling lonely and feeling like I could never have what other guys and what my friends talked about, this was a breath of fresh air. But in the end I got rejected, same like all the other times I tried. I think I have a built in defense mechanism to where I can't show my affection to what I really want to show since in the past it hasn't been reciprocated to what I wanted. I truly did like this girl, but I feel like I let I slip by, again.
We would have the best talks, we laughed, and we talked deep into conversations about ourselves and our goals and aspirations. At least she made my life a little better for a time. Now I struggle with the internal conflict of staying as just her friend, or leaving her. Because I know while she expects a real friend, I can't be that guy. The friendship wouldn't be real. Maybe in another universe, with a different me.
