Went to lunch with a friend and saw one of these in person. It's just as ugly in person as it is in videos. My friend absolutely could not believe how expensive it is and was horrified that someone spent that kind of $$$ on that thing.

The reason the electric cars are depreciating is because folks are now learning about what happens when the battery warranty expires on these. You are stuck with a very expensive paper weight. How do I know? I was a former electric car owner who had one battery cell die post-warranty and the only thing the dealership would do is charge me to replace the whole battery pack for more than what the car was worth (they would not replace the single damaged cell but would only do the entire pack). Until there are laws in place protecting consumers from this type of crap, I'm never owning an electric vehicle again.
