I AM AN INTJ, I took the time to listen and understand where he is coming from.

At first, I didn’t understand, and then like around the Mc Donald version duh duh duh…. I understood.

We happen to notice what others don’t and then sometimes have a hard time bringing it into words, clearly. To where you can understand.

On the other hand, arrogance could be perceived as an attempt to appear competent or superior, often without a realistic basis. It's a person acting to influence others' perceptions of them. This is less authentic, or "empty", as it can often mask insecurity or a feeling of inferiority.

In this context, Jay-Z seems to be saying that confident people act for themselves, driven by their love for what they do, whereas arrogant people act to be perceived by others as capable, even if that perception isn't always based on reality. I hope this helps to understand my viewpoint.
