This whole list was worth it solely for the Kalmyk Loop. I've never seen it before, and it's awesome. So simple.

Remembering all of these wonderful knots is the clincher! However, I'll be real sure to remember #4 before things get rough around here!

3 and 10 were both the Woodland Ziptie Knot? Or did I miss something distinct about them?

Not to be picky, but the "Constrictor" knot here is also known as a "Transom" knot. It looks like a constrictor, but if you remove the sticks, you have a "Strangle Knot." A Constrictor can be made in a bight, and if the sticks are removed, it falls apart into a straight line. Not so with a strangle knot. Details details, I know, but I thought you might be interested. I really liked the new way to do a Boline on a bight.

These knots and your visuals for using them are very helpful. There have been times when I have needed to use each of them. I will make an effort to memorize them. It's a bit curious: I have trouble remembering how to tell jokes and I have trouble remembering how to tie the knot I need. Probably related problems huh?

To the person who was led here to learn how to tie a knot to kill yourself- I’ve been there- just take a moment, and take a deep breathe in and out. Repeat this 3 times and say “I am good enough, I am loved, I have a purpose”. Even if you don’t agree with these words keep saying it and repeating it out loud to yourself. Hold your hand on your heart and feel that heart beat in your chest. That heart beat used to be a tiny heart beat forming in the womb of your beautiful mother. You know that laugh you have? That cheeky smile? Your dad has dearest memories of you as a little boy or girl running around their legs, happy, care free giggling and laughing. God made you perfect. Don’t be so hard on yourself. Remember the people who love you. Even if it isn’t family, but a friend, or your pet cat or dog or bird. Don’t leave them behind with a broken heart. They need you and we all need you to stay alive. Tomorrow will be a better day. God loves you pray to him and tell him how you feel and he will send angels to protect you and uplift you. You are loved never forget that ❤

# 5 was not a Marlinespike Hitch, but the Scaffold Hitch. Good for hanging a shelf, a swing, a quick ladder. Less good for providing purchase to pull on a line, as the Marlinespike would provide.

#6 is the Transom Knot, not a Constrictor Knot.

Isn't #10 the Woodland Zip Tie Knot just like the #3 Woodland Zip tie KNot?
