Except I’ve lost 20lbs lbs, have normal blood pressure for the first time in 10yrs, no more acid reflux, don’t feel as tired....so I’m going to stick to low carb diet.

It's because they weren't eating enough gmo.
All kidding aside, this is another ovservational study, so I'm not at all impressed.

No data presented here. Not very scientific, is it?

I never felt more alive in my entire life until I cut out all carbohydrates, and started eating raw meat. Just my experience, and oh like 25, 000 other people.

Is this meant to counter balance the news of roundup in all of your grain/oats/wheat foods?

The video also says that a high-carb diet could shorten your life, but you chose the title you did. Interesting...

too low carb (<45% total calories)= sluggish
too low protein (<1.2g/kg bodyweight)= low libido/happyness
too low fat (<15% total calories)= irritable/bad sleep/bad skin/no dreams

Since when does science use the word ‘probably’?

Low carb diets are a religious belief and this comment section proves it. As a side note, the longest lived people in the world (Okinawans) eat a high carb diet.

"Lower carb" isn't necessarily even close to "low carb".

First of all, those who consume low carb without being in a state of fat burning will have the worse effects of all groups; because they will store a lot of fat. That is likely the case for most people because most people lack the discipline to adapt to become fat burner. These are people who eat cheese/steak and wine for instance.
Secondly, most low carbers eat a lot of proteins; they are not ketogenic (carnivorous or atkins diet). Excess protein raise a lot of insulin and causes accelerated aging.
I sense a bad motive about this study. The gov is probably trying to revive the dying market of starches and grains.
They have shown us countless times that they care less about our health than the economy. So why should we take them seriously on this???
My advice: Make experiments for yourself; and stick with what works for you.
