We continue on our discovery of Canadian produce. This time we look at Canadian Pork and Seafood. I've been a fan of Canadian Pork and found out why it is so good from Trevor Sears, President and CEO of Canada Pork and Andre Huber from Huber's Butchery.

We also grilled a huge Canadian lobster at the Angliss booth and had a taste of British Columbia, courtesy of some crisp and plump Fanny Bay oysters.
