My tablet blanked out yesterday (7/19/23) and I thought it was broken. A voice told me to jump on YouTube just in case. Glad I bumped into your video because it was spot on and my tablet is back up and running. I'm extremely happy because I wasn't ready to get a new one yet. This was more helpful than any website tutorial which was telling me to press every button.(which just freezes it on the first Lenovo logo before the animation)

This doesn't reset the tablet to factory settings. After wiping like this and booting up it still remembers the "parent" account for confirmation and won't let the user create new account.
