I used this recipe yesterday and it was amazing. First time I've injected a turkey. We also roasted a 25 lb bird in the oven, nothing left from the 12 lb bird I smoked. Love this channel.

I spatchcocked my turkey for the 1st time ever, I'm now 48 years old, and it was simply the best turkey I've ever eaten... NO JOKE! Also worth noting... I had a 13.8 lb bird that took 3.25 hours before I hit temp. Plan accordingly, but it was so good, I'm doing another one next week!!

I did this recipe with some major changes because I didn't have all the seasonings and a smoker. I just spatchcock the turkey did the butter injection and put it on the grill with indirect smoke. MAN! people went crazy this Thanksgiving. The turkey was falling apart and so juicy when I pulled it of the grill! It was the best turkey I've ever Thanks for the insight!

My daughter asked if I could make gravy. I said yes and she said, “great! Your in charge of the Turkey.” Used this recipe and now I fear I’ll always be in charge of the Turkey. Thanks😳

Made this for a Friendsgiving this year on my WSM.. I did bump up the temp to 325 and then popped it in the oven at 450 for the last 15 min or so in order to get a crispier skin. .Many there said it was the best Turkey they ever had...I of course had to agree. Thank you Chef for the video.

We did a test cook of this recipe tonight to make sure I had it right for next week...WOW!!!

I have never had a turkey this juicy and flavorful before! Three grow people looked like a pack of Hyenas eating.
