We found this lovely Antique Zara bottle while diving a few weeks ago and wanted to make a new neck for it! This is the process we went through to make a new bottle neck out of casting resin. Perhaps we could have made it a little darker but are very pleased with the result and it look very accurate to the original necks!

Nice job on that!! I scale model as a hobby and uv resin is fast becoming my go to for fabricating/copying custom parts. Just a side note...use water to keep that resin dust from going airborne when sawing or sanding.

Stunning result! 😃The slight difference in colour so that you can see where the original glass ends is beautiful. It reminds me of the Japanese principle of Wabi Sabi…. that you can find beauty in imperfection. ♥️♥️
