Dog owner says pet is routinely sprayed by mailman

The owner is smart and handled it the right way instead of confronting the mail man which would have only tipped him to not get caught. The mail man could be doing this for a variety of reasons: (1) bad experience with dogs chasing him or attacking him...(2) personal sadistic pleasure in watching the pain and anguish of a helpless harmless dog...(3) Because he can...a comibination of 1 and 2...personal irritance of dog barking at me. Either way, the mailman has no excuse because that dog was no threat to him behind a gate. The mailman is incredibly negligent and reckless. People treat their pets as family so pepper spraying their dog is the equivalent of pepper spraying their family member. I’m not even a PETA advocate but that mailman deserves to be fired and unemployed so he can think about how cruel it is to pepper spray a harmless dog and leave it to suffering miserably. I wouldn’t want this type of asshole delivering my mail. I couldn’t trust a person like this who will pull this kind of shit when nobody is watching him and because dogs can’t talkz
