How To Update Sync 3 to Sync 3.4 Over WIFI | Beginner's Tutorial - EASY!

Sync 3.4 has been much needed update for Ford Vehicles. Sync 3.4 update is very easy to install. This sync 3.4 update tutorial works for all Ford vehicles (F150, Mustang etc) running at least Sync 3.0 system.

Doing this right now. I don't have the engine running, just have it plugged into battery charger so it doesn't drain too much. I have to touch the touch screen every few minutes so the vehicle doesn't automatically turn off during the download.

Ford ‘18 Mustang EcoBoost. I’m right next to the router (maybe 10/15 feet away and great connection), and it’s on version 3.0, but the scanning process has been taking over 15 minutes. (I know that for sure since my car almost went into shutdown mode after being on for so long). It says it’s just scanning for updates and the buffer sign has been spinning the whole time. Is this normal?

Why not just turn your car On, without starting it.
I’m not worried about a weak battery, since it is on
a BateryMENDer when in the garage.
