This is gold! Chatbots has already been a service with Manychat but this is a game changer! Your idea of using a landing page to direct someone to a demo like a lead capture is definitely the way to go. Use ads, direct landing page and maybe a calendly to setup a meeting. $99 for a small business is a no brainier. $500 is super cheap, some companies might have 100 pdf files so I think that price may need to be adjusted if any custom editing needs to happen. Time x Value = Profit. This is definitely a service business to explore
