I used to to this too at school, with a twist. Initially as usual it's just selling candy and snacks and stuff, but eventually I started selling burgers, don't ask why. The point is, it was quite small initially, with 3 options from the menu if I remember quite vaguely, The Classic Cheese, Crispy Gipsy, and the BBQ Special. Initially we only sold 5 per week. But business you see grows, we went from 5 to 10, that's when my friend Jake comes in, we rented his dad's grill, a pot and I brought in utensils and after school, we reviewed the orders, prepare, cook refrigerate, and deliver first thing we come to school. And it eventually came to 4 orders per day, basically 20 burgers a week. We also started adding a side of fries as well. School lunch at the time, well I wouldn't say it's bad, but lacks really any options, so it's one reason why our burgers are a hit, which we sold alongside our usual merchandise of candies and snacks and we upgraded our order system via Snapchat. News spread, and our underground business chain was eventually called" The Smuggle Sliders." But eventually as expected, got us into some really big trouble, and we closed, after 1 year and a half.

But our story, sort of have a good ending to it. The lunch lady saw good side in the stuff we do and eventually we just gave the recipe to them, for next year's new updated school lunch menu. Which added alongside some new items like pasta and pie. After 2 years since I graduated, I went back visiting, and surprisingly it was still there, our legendary Smuggle Sliders, forever immortalized on my old school's lunch menu, hammered on the back of the cafeteria counter. ❤

If I was a teacher I would just let children sell and earn some money as long as if it wasn’t during class

Tip for people who are doing this in like middle school or elementary, TELL YOUR PARENTS, so if the principal finds out and calls your parents they already know.

Don’t get blackmailed. Don’t fall for that “if you don’t gimme some I’ll snitch” Don’t give them any, look dead in their eyes and say. Okay. And walk away.
