I have a question that is way out in left field. I previously worked for a company that builds electron microscopes, in the process of assembling the microscope the column had to be "baked" at 200⁰ C to insure that there was no debris or impurities in the column before the vaccum was pulled and the microscope was tested to insure no contamination was present in the column. How do the builders of the LHC "bake" the proton collision tube before pulling a vacuum on it, the thing is huge?

i don't like the way you totally ignored the issue of how the quantum fields came about after 4:58. fundamental particles come from energy and quantum field. you go on and on about the energy part and completely ignore the quantum fields part
