100k. Seems a bit over priced, given the age. I've located 40 monos similar age and condition for half that price.

Usually not a Ketch fan but with a furling jib and staysail Plus a mizzen that is out of the way this spacious little 40 could be Fun especially after converting the master head to a E.F.W. to eliminate the odor. I like her.

Nauticats have the reputation of being built like tanks. Very reputable vessels of Finnish design.
