Why do y'all say a train collided? It should be a car collided with a train. Its never the trains conductors fault a person went around train barriers.

The only way to prevent stupid people from stopping on or trying to dodge the tracks is to have a complete barricade drop when the train is about to pass...How many times are videos posted of REALLY stupid people standing on the tracks actually pushing up the gate so cars can cross....EVERY DAY we see them. Also there needs to be severe penalties levied for any type of these actions.

If the car was small or electric? Train driver cannot see those cars. Around that time every day the train driver is eating Ramon Noodles and looking for chicks online.
