DJI Mini 3 vs Mini 3 Pro (Full comparison on channel)

I've got the mini 3 base model and it's not bad at all. Just did over 9km in my range test, could have easily went 10 but it was windy. So range is excellent, don't care about obstacles avoidance or the other stuff it's not capable of doing. It does do 48mp since they added it in an update, it's got longer flight time than the pro. I did 6.1km with the regular battery, connection was solid the whole way. In canada I paid 1000 all in for the drone combo with the batteries and RC controller. The pro was 1400 all in just for the drone and RC controller, than add in the batteries and your up to 1800 basically. So ya it's more than a couple hundred bucks savings getting the mini 3 standard.

For people that is seeing this video close to a year in the future and is now looking at the comments, hold your horses, the mini 4 pro was just announced and it’s best to wait for that or until the mini 3 pro goes down in price. 😊

I disagree. Get the standard 3, and absolute bang for the buck.

Lack of obstacle avoidance in basic model is biggest drawback 😮 one might lose the drone completely.

Mini 3. 48 megapixels. 4k 60. Longer battery life. Almost nobody but bad photographers and some artists use D-cinilike. If you aren't a dumbed down potato, you don't need obstacle avoidance pros. Never use that anyway. So, what exactly are you getting for 200 extra dollars? lol. I know. The word pro, and status lol.

Why not just make your own drone. I’m sure u can add a bunch of range to it too, maybe a turret as well

Most recomend the mini 3 over the pro unless your using it ALOT for work.
