It's really tough to find a church that is God Centered anymore. So many of them are part of the "feel good" movement we've seen in the past couple of decades. We've started a small group of believers that meet at our house each week and we have Bible Study, pray and discuss our lives and how God is moving. It fits us better than any of the buildings they call churches in our area.

I realized no church is perfect because we are all imperfect people. I do understand how your dad felt Zach. For a time I wrote off going to a church ever again. I continued to watch church on t.v., pray and read my Bible but I missed worshiping God by singing praises to Him even though I am not a great singer.😅

I found your podcast around episode 50, and I have listened or watched every episode since then. I was raised in Church, went to a Christian school, and strayed away from the teachings in my teen years. I am now mid forties, and just now getting it. You all have been instrumental in me finally surrendering my whole life to the Lord. The church hurt and legalism and real, and I had the attitude of needing to be perfect to attend a church. Thank you all for showing me what Christ’s love, forgiveness, mercy, and grace is truly about. God has blessed this ministry, and I continue to pray for you all as leaders and for Phil’s recovery.
