I use neem powder dilute it with apple cider vinigar ( home made ) and distiled water .
Also I use onion skin and garlic skins boil em up and strain then dilute one part onion and garlic juice to two parts water and spray.
Also I use fermented fruit peals like citris and pine apples .
Oil veg oil is trans fat and will stack into the plant obscuring the plants taste and flavours, dish soap has chemicals, bi carb is fine but use it one part bi carb one part white vinigar, and four parts distilled water .

You can also buy praying mantis egg sacs and have cute little baby mantis eating your aphids and anything else

Unfortunately in a 3rd world country ain't no way I can find this so traditional insecticides for now
