in this recipe I used butterflied Red spot whiting fillets (school whiting, king George whiting)
stiffed with mushroom dill and capers,

than rolled them into filo pastry and baked them to golden color
it's kind of fish wellington but quicker
reminds me sausage rolls but not shit tones of butter

pretty healthy and delicious recipe,

you can use mackerel fillets instead, for bigger version

all will work as long as pastry sauced correctly and cooked on perfection

it will go very well along with hot chips and bowl of cabbage salad,
