Do you want to be good fighter? In this video we have combined some of our very own fighting techniques and combinations that we use in sparring and we also topped that up with some HIIT workouts and solid Bulgarian bag drills.

Becoming a Fighter requires huge amount of hard work, consistency and patience. Repeating certain fighting combinations on a daily basis is extremely important in order to make it a muscle memory.

It is also very important to work on your strength as this will boost your confidence in fight and also improve your power.
