I’d love to see what you do with some of the ingredients…Like the roots of the big leaf plants….do you boil, fry or bake them? What seasonings would you use to flavor them?

The red fruit is called Sorrel or hibiscus. It makes a very good high antioxidant drink. Pick them, shell out the red part, sun dry and you can google how to make this drink the Jamaican method. This is a must have drink for my Christmas season. Must try

very interresting and i will try it out, when is the best time to plant as I live in the Caribbean and how often do you water them. The liquid you put in the soil is it vitamins and whats the name of it and the fertilizers you use. When I try it out i will write to you about it and you can get in touch with me also anytime

It’s great to grow all these wonderful fruits and vegetables when you live in the Tropics. I live in London and have an allotment (a small garden away from home) and the weather here now in April 2024 is very cold 3° at night and 12° during the day. Very depressing. I want to emigrate to a hot climate 😢😂
