i love going through "anime and chill" worlds that are just loaded with screenshots and pictures, seeing glimpses of other friend groups hanging out and having fun, bonus points if they include silly ones.

I wouldn't put furries in a separate category.
They definitely make hangouts and awesome games.
I'm kind of under the assumption that a majority of the content creators for VR chat are furries.

For a third category I would put artistic or conceptual worlds.
These are the ones where people like scan in their bedroom, or create a strange nightmare shrine to Ronald McDonald.

Being in those worlds don't necessarily give you a sense of technical skill or relaxation, mostly they just leave you wondering what kind of person decides to do this, or what the hell you're even looking at.

i absolutely love the level of self expression and freedom VRchat has given because it results in stuff like this. just folks coming together doing cool stuff simply for the love of it, making friends and honing their skills. i'm way too shy to actually go anywhere in VRC for too long but i just appreciate its existence yk?

Accurate! I usually create worlds based of whatever pops up in my head. I’ve made 2 apartments, my dream house, a British townhouse, and am currently working on 2 2000’s era sets for a YouTube series (featuring the new Winterpaw mini canine, as well as Julia Winterpaw herself!). In each of my worlds, I always leave a mini model of myself that is usually grabbable. I always just thought it was a cute touch to add!

I knew a guy on vrc who tried to make an entire series of undertale worlds with their own lore and everything. They did pretty well and used to have a lot of people on them on quest.

One of the ones I expected to see but didn't, was the game rippers. Looking up your favorite game and finding maps from it that you can visit is pretty surreal and interesting.

I would add the "world builders" for the guys that make these massive maps that are like a full sized city or the entire open world map of a game

I think you the only VRChat person I've seen make a different types of VRC World Creators video, and honestly I really like it. Love your videos btw

I've noticed more, my fav is The experimentalist/artist
-One of those adventure maps where you walk around and see crazy environments in one map
- some maps are big some small
- some have stories some not
- Most of these maps are not well known and should get their own categories.
