Glad to see this happening! I hope to see further expansion before too long, and the additions that I'd love to see are Zambia and Zimbabwe (provided that they can sufficiently straighten out their problems) and then Botswana. And if Botswana comes into it, I think South Africa comes too. I am especially hoping for Botswana's membership- that country is such a good neighbor and partner to have, especially if it's in the company of other good neighbors and partners.

Back to the CRC, however- this is going to do great things for the reputation and visibility of Kinshasa. Hardly anyone outside of Africa knows anything about this city, but now it will be better known as the largest city in the East Africa Federation and a major Francophone influence on the entire region.

Most people won't realise the power possessed by these nations. I just hope the EAC won't allow the US or other western nations to control it. There is real potential for growth. Just add nuclear weapons and grow your military power so that the region won't be considered prosperous but militarily weak. All the best to the EAC I'm planning to relocate to Rwanda before 2030.
