The only point to add is that if you want to increase space in C drive then you need to divide the space in the drive which is very next to C drive. then only it will work. For Example if you have C, D, and E drive hen you can't make out space for C drive by dividing E drive, you need to target D drive

For me, the Extend option on C drive did not occur... on the video both the drives are on disk 0 but for me, the partitioned drive is on disk 1

I discovered that this process is only possible when both drives are on the same disk! Disk Management as well as third party apps are useless when drives are assigned on different disks. All these videos won’t explain this. Very frustrating!
