I have always been into art and paper crafts but have only recently taken to (trying to!) sketch every day. Just in a pocketbook size sketchbook and very loosely. And it has done wonders for my mood! My art center had a "Sale of used art, books, supplies etc.I came across a book on Nature printing....off I went and collected leaves etc..thought this be a nice add to natural journaling 🌿🌾🌱🍀🍁🍂

3 wonderful reasons to nature journal! I love the combination of 2 of my favorite things - nature and art. In addition to your 3 reasons, I have a love of learning, and I feel this is a major reason for me. I see things along my nature walks and am curious about them, do a quick sketch and then research my questions and wonderings about it when I get home. There's so much joy in nature journaling!
