For Olivia Smith, the answer was to create a business.
However, very quickly into founding Olivia & Pearl, she realised that they needed more cash-flow into the company if it was to make inroads into the lucrative global pearl industry – estimated to reach a staggering £10.7bn valuation by 2020.
