A better way to formulate this (and also pretty much the first things you'll learn in business school);

1. Hire people who are in line with what you want to achieve. A person specialised in one thing might be beneficial if that's what you're going for, but in startups it's better to focus on people who can juggle multiple things at once and have a good commercial instinct (as they are going to actually build the company based on your vision)
2. Set specific goals (preferably follow the SMART format)
3. Create a business culture and set up guidelines to achieve this
