This channel exists to document unit counters within StarCraft 2. Tya's Unit Tournament features epic battles between units in StarCraft 2, using music from the game's soundtrack. Units are chosen from Protoss, Terran and Zerg forces, or a coop commander such as Raynor, Nova, Artanis, or Kerrigan. Units will independently use their abilities, in a basic way. All units use Legacy of the Void stats, the same units you'd see in SC2 esports controlled by the likes of Serral, Maru, and ByuN. The resource beneath vespene is the unit's cost in the mod I run on the SC2 arcade, Direct Strike. Enjoy!

To be fair in the first three, the cost weight was so so so heavily favoured for the hybrid each time that the fights being as close as they were is kind of hilarious.

This video actually brings up an interesting point about the StarCraft universe, what’s so scary about giant powerful hybrid if most factions and races could build machines that rival their power like a battle cruiser

Got 4/4 on this one

- Figured that vanguards would get overwhelmed as their DPS would inevitably be unable to punch through the ridiculously high HP of behemoths
- Mengsk BCs usually fall off hard when they run out of yamatos, and dominators are tanky enough to withstand the yamatos and win out dps-wise
- Same as before. Protoss reavers fall off hard when they run out of scarabs, and hybrid reavers just have to hold out, which they did
- Figured Zera immortals had enough AoE to outlast the hybrid, and they did!

The splash on those vanguards is crazy. And it appears hybrid reavers are weaker but in low numbers and with micro they are not
