For me:
1). Tires(I already have a decent width of rim)
2). Coilovers( make only for performance b/c I like the underside of my car)
3). ECU, I have a naturally aspirated car and it would add that slightest bit of hp
4). Sturdy it up, anything from bracing to a roll bar, it would need to be more stiff
5). Turbo kit, again I have a naturally aspirated engine, needs more power!!(this would also come with a new exhaust)

Will the exhaust damage the car? Or tune it first before the exhaust

I just got my new 2015 WRX besides your ETS exhaust could you recommend any other systems on the market that aren't going to wake the neighbors?

I have to put this out there, a couple people are asking in the comments, i have been doing copeoious amounts of reserch about the 15 WRX, hopefully will pick one up this early august, but i emailed ETS, and they said the intake and cat back by them selves are still in the green for your AFR, but they strongly recommend the Cobb AP if you combind those two, and i can only assume from common sense to me that would mean full turbo back open DP and no cat's the "tune" would absolutely be necessary. Thought's?
