Best mod to do is upgraded brake pads and rotors, being able to stop quickly is just as important as good acceleration.

Mod 1: Muffler delete, it improves the sound (may not work for all cars).
Mod 2: Sway bars, connects the suspension of the wheels and improves handling.
Mod 3: Short throw shifter, it reduces the motion of shifting gears.
Mod 4: LED light bulb headlights, it may make the light bluer like xenon headlights and increase the light output to make it look nicer during night.
Mod 5: Pod filter, may increase performance or decrease but mainly makes it sound nicer.

Most important modification to do to your car is fixing every problem the car has the moment you get it. I know some may be hard and not fun or interesting to fix, but especially mods that increase power or power deliverance will cause strain, and if you dont fix problems that also affect the points you are modifying, you're asking for problems. So please fix you're current things that dont work, and then add on the car 👌

Some may call you a ricer, some may insult you for having a camry, but me sir....I applaud you for taking what you have available and making the best of it. To me, a guy who has been in the "car scene" since before the fast and the furious, THIS is how the real car scene has ALWAYS been. Much love and respect. Stay true brother

The mods I made to my RAV4 were
-tints (15% all around)
-blacked out offroad tires
-change every light to LEDs
-sequential turn signals
-chrome delete
-blacked out tail lights
-leather seat covers
-aftermarket infotainment w/ Carplay & Android auto.
Love driving even more now than before I did the mods

As a fellow car guy and Toyota mechanic, I 100% agree with this list. One thing that would add about pod filters is that they make your turbo sound soo much better(if you have one). Another cheap mod you can do to really change the feel of your car is to lighten it, and get rid of all the heavy stuff. You can get rid of 60ish kg pretty easy and the difference is like night and day(unless your car is naturally really heavy)

For my first mod I threw myself in the deep end and swapped the wheel hubs from 4 to 5 stud in addition with new coils. This is an awesome list, very different and very valid. Good on you for not rehashing everyone else’s list.

My first mods where actually headlights on my 94 teggy. Taught me the very basics of wiring, and honestly just a good introduction to the soon after hardcore addiction that I was not aware I would have.

Just bought an A4 1.8T, and I did a muffler delete. It's not too loud, but it definetely sounds way better. Glad you mentioned it. 100% agree.

For me I put in a trunk pop kit that opens the trunk from the FOB, hood struts instead of that hideous prop rod, window tint, and a resonator delete w/ h-pipe. Next mods will be intake, lowering springs, and jacking rails. Enjoyed your video!
