How to Export from Quixel Bridge to Blender 4 and above - Texture problem Solved!

In this video you will learn how to export from quixel bridge to blender 4.0 and above with minimal setup. The assets will have proper node setup and no manual setup is needed.

Links:

1. Download blender 4 or above.
2. Download quixel bridge.
3. Download blender addon from github.
4. Install the blender addon.
5. Open quixel bridge and in export settings, just click download plugin.
6. Close both blender and quixel bridge (Very Important)
7. Open blender first and go to: file - import - Megascans: Import alembic files.
8. Open quixel bridge and download and export any asset.
9. Asset will appear in blender.
Note: Next time when you open blender, you need to click import again.
Always open blender first then quixel bridge.
Double check the download and export settings for asset and make sure albedo, roughness, normal and any other required texture types are selected.

For those who are having problem below are the steps to follow:
1. Download blender 4 or above.

thanks it works for me with blender 4.1, just restart blender, and if you had exported texture from bridge, may be you should assign the textrue manually,it is on the material list

tried this on both 4.1 and 4.2 multiple times and doesnt work. same result. imports mesh but no textures at all. i see the material in the list for it but no textures attached

nope, i've done it 7 times and imports are grey texture-less in render view. Blender 4.1
