You can also drag assets directly in from Bridge to the viewport, and it will add and download them for you automatically.

I must be doing something wrong cause I can't seem to import any of the quixel models. I have downloaded them with the download button and the add button lights up blue with a + in it, but pressing add doesn't seem to do anything. I've also tried the drag and drop but that doesn't seem to do anything either. Anyone spot what I'm missing?

Do you see any noticeable difference in performance when you use all high-res models? I know UE5 does an auto-LOD, but how effective is it at minimizing performance impact?

I can't seem to get bridge to work, i download something to use, and it never gets added.
When i click add, nothing happens, on the top right on notifications, if i click add, it says 0 assets added.

hey there, i downloaded the ue5 but I dont have the quixel bridge in any of the tabs not in add section and not in content section can anyone help ?

Wait, they've removed displacement from UE5? So you've just made thousands of assets and Quixel materials useless. Displacement should always be an option...how are we supposed to migrate scenes, UE5 was meant to be "fully compatible" with UE4 projects and assets. I don't think building EVERY ground plane out of thousands of scanned mesh patches is a viable workflow.

Does this plugin have to be downloaded? And if you want to import to the EU, do you have to use the internet? Then if for example on the website there is a new updated model or material, will Unreal also update it automatically or not?

Mate always download nanite. In the right corner down there is option.

There is no button to chose "add Quixel Content" I have two choices, "Import to *name of folder" and "add feature or content pack". But clicking either of these wont bring up the quixel overlay/menu.

When i inport assets from ue5 bridge the models are untextured, how do i fix it? (Right nevermind)

All of the meshes i download dont come with textures in them i have to manually put them in and its very time consuming
