When I feel disappointed, the first thing I usually do is making myself happier like listening to music or watching comedy. After that, I will think calmly about the problem, maybe I will find the solutions or something new!

When I feel disappointed, I remind myself that tomorrow can be better than today—if I keep trying and don’t give up.
This thought gives me the motivation to improve myself and learn from my mistakes. Over time, I’ve realized that failures and setbacks are part of the journey of growth, not the end of it.
I always try to learn not only from my own mistakes, but also from the mistakes of others. Sometimes, the experiences others have gained through pain can become a guiding light for me.

Learning doesn’t happen only in the classroom; there are lessons hidden in life, in conversations, and even in our mistakes.

When i feel disappointed i remember that everything can better than today if i work hard, And it stimulates me to improve myself and repair my mistakes. Over time, i noticed that i have to learn from past and all my mistakes. And there is quotote that, learning others' mistakes rather than yours. Everybody has to learn not only his mistakes but also everybody's in public

When I feel disappointment, I try to share this feeling with my family, especially closer ones. Also, I like to share it with Allah. This is the best way to forget the saddest feelings. So, applying to Allah and having conversations with my family can make me feel better.

I think when you getting the step or progress even it just a small step you celebrite it such as you bought someting can make your happy and give your more spirite to reach your aiming (motivation). But remeber motivation without a action just a fantasy

When I feel disappointed I try to figure out what the main reason that make me feel like this then try to calm down my self by reading dikir and remember the happy moments that I went through it these days after that if Am feeling the same I call my sister and tell her everything then she try to make me lift my mood and talk about something else after that I totally forgot that I was disappointed
