My husband came home for Christmas/New Year and gave me his flu. (It is only flu/cough, stomach bug) Thank you Pet, I love you too! I tried to give him my families "kill anything in your system" cure. Wouldn't listen. He went back to his job in Poland but couldn't shake this bug and had to go to the Doctor. When I started with it, I said to myself. Right, I fix you and went to "the cure". One shot of homemade honey red chilli toddy, some homemade chicken jalapeno soup and a nap later. Not so much as a sniff, splutter or double ended volcano. God bless my Great-Nana Fat. Best damn healer this side of Blackpool!

For the under-matress damp, we use two old self-inflating, hiking sleep-mats. They work perfectly and are small, light and tough.
